My grandson has been coming for the Santa Experience since he was 1 (now almost 6), and each year it is absolutely magical. From the ticket he received in the mail inviting him to the event to the Kim and her helper preparing him for Santa’s, “Ho, Ho, Ho” to let him know it’s time to come in and see him to the sweet individual conversation and milk & cookies with Santa to the hot chocolate afterwards, every moment is special and handled so well by Kim and her helpers.
