Newborn Model Application

Thank you for your interest in modeling for Kim Shouse Photography! All model sessions require a pre-payment of $100 + tax, signed contract and model release, due upon selection. Sessions are specific to photographer needs and special requests will not be filled. You will receive five (5) photographer chosen 8x10 digital images with print release and a private online gallery from which additional images may be purchased.

Immediate need is for a baby currently under three weeks old.
