Cook Medical Employee Banquet

These guys are a blast every year and I look forward to seeing them every fall. I've been photographing Cook Medical's Employee Banquet for 12 years I believe (shhhhh!) and I've built a great rapport with so many of the employees. Each year, I set up a backdrop and studio light and photograph employees with spouses as they enter. They are then spoiled to an elaborate dinner and those who have been with the company for five years or more are awarded at five year levels. It's so heartwarming to witness a company invest so much into their employees, and it seems to pay off. Last year 35+ year employees received awards! The night is capped off by an awesome band and more relaxed portraits with friends. The last few years Jessie's Girls have graced the stage. To celebrate the company's 50 year Anniversary, Darius Rucker performed. Now that was a treat! I may dig out those images and post them.
